Moving

Moving is stressful. I'll leave it at that.

Is it March yet?

Recently, my nights have consisted of packing and watching endless NCAA basketball games. The two of them together make for an interesting evening. March is almost upon us and the excitement is heating up. Before you know it, I'll be printing out a nice clean bracket to fill out and I will pray to the bracket gods to bless my selections and help me to continue my steak of domination in all pools I choose to enter.

Some highlights so far this week:

1) Texas over KU; and

2) Kentucky only scoring 11 points in the first half of play against Vanderbilt. Supposedly this was the lowest score ever noted in a half of play since the invention of the digital game clock? I don't know but losing by 41 must always suck.

Closure

I feel a small sense of closure today after the medical results of Heath Ledger's death were finalized and released to the public. The medical officed ruled that he died of an accidental overdose of prescription drugs.

This "poly-drug intoxication" probably led to respiratory arrest meaning that he slowly stopped breathing and eventually everything stopped all together.

Now that there is a resolution, the media can finally let the family grieve in peace. Speculation concerning past drug abuse and other allegations can be put to rest for the purpose of moving on and remembering who Heath truly was...a talented man who was a son, loving father, actor, artist and a human being who felt all the same things as we do.
